Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

If you ordered several goods as part of a single order that are delivered separately, the withdrawal period begins on the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods.

by means of a clear declaration, for example by a letter sent by post or an email, of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

You can also exercise your right of withdrawal via our withdrawal function provided on the website.

If you use the withdrawal function, we will immediately send you a confirmation of receipt on a durable medium, for example by email. This will contain the content of your withdrawal declaration as well as the date and time of its receipt.

To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send your notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we must repay all payments that we have received from you, including the costs of the cheapest standard delivery offered by us, without delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which your declaration of withdrawal reached us.

Additional costs incurred because you chose a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us will not be refunded.

For the repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. In no case will you be charged any fees for this repayment.

We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods – whichever is the earlier.

Return of Goods

You must return or hand over the goods immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you informed us of the withdrawal from the contract to the following address:

The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

Return Costs

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

Optional Return Label

For your return, you can voluntarily use a return label provided by us via the returns portal. For this return label, we charge:

Return from Germany: €4.99
Return from another member state of the European Union: €19.99

If you use our return label, the amount indicated will be deducted from your refund.

The use of our return label and the returns portal is voluntary. You can instead return the goods to us with a shipping service provider of your choice, at your own expense and adequately franked.

The use of the returns portal is not a prerequisite for exercising the right of withdrawal. In particular, you can also declare the withdrawal by email, by post or via our electronic withdrawal function.

In the event of a justified complaint due to defective, damaged or incorrectly delivered goods, we will bear the necessary return costs. In this case, please contact info@jutoshop.com before returning the goods so that we can provide you with a free return label or another suitable return option.

Loss of Value

You only have to compensate for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that was not necessary for checking their nature, properties and functionality.

The use of the original packaging is not a prerequisite for exercising the right of withdrawal. Please pack the goods securely for return.
